Baby Pumpkin Fry Recipe
Input Ingredients:
Main ingredients: Freshly pickup baby pumpkin
Spices: Garlic, onion, chilly, mustard, turmeric, cumin seeds, salt as per taste
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Process:
1. Chop the fresh baby pumpkin into small pieces. I used the baby pumpkin from my terrace kitchen garden for best flavor.
2. Chop the garlic, chilies. Keep aside.
3. Heat a pan.
4. Put a tablespoon of cooking oil on heated pan.
5. Put mustard, cumin seeds, wait to splutter.
6. Add chopped garlic, chilies.
7. Add the baby pumpkin pieces. Add a pinch of turmeric, salt a per taste and give a good stern.
8. Cook for nearly 7 to 8 minutes in medium heat. Stern in between.
9. Add a pinch of chat power or
10. Serve it with hot rice.
Output:
The nutritious baby pumpkin fry is ready to be served.
